HOLISTIC WELLNESS RETREATS

How does an idea become a beautiful reality? All you have to do is simply create the space for it. This is a philosophy that Jose and Meg stand by, having both experienced the phenomenon of “slowing down” and only then being able to make room for amazing things to come into their lives. The design of the yoga paired with life coaching has been curated specifically to create a space to slow down and reflect…all while on an epic adventure. Are you in? It’s time to create your fate…

YOGA OFFERINGS AT CREATE YOUR FATE RETREATS

As the yoga facilitator in the Create Your Fate Yoga and Life Coaching Retreats, Jose offers several different styles of yoga that are open and available to the most beginner of yogis to practitioners who have been doing yoga for years!

VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa Yoga, otherwise known sometimes as “flow yoga”, is an invigorating movement based practice. You can expect relaxing stretches, intense core exercises, dynamic postures that flow from one part of the mat to the other, all building up a good sweat that detoxes the body, gets the heartbeat running, releases endorphins and leaves you feeling exhilarated and accomplished.

YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra is the art of psychic sleep. We come into a very welcoming and relaxing reclined position where you are guided into a restful meditation that is meant to connect you to your body and your mind to fully prepare you for sleep and to leave you feeling peace and calm in your mind.

YIN/RESTORATIVE YOGA

Yin and Restorative yoga will go hand in hand where these practices offer a much more cooling and therapeutic experience than Vinyasa. These practices  help slow down and calm the nervous system and to find a lot of ease in the mind and relax tension in the body.

MEDITATION AND PRANAYAMA (BREATHWORK)

These practices will always have a space in all of the styles Jose teaches as these are the core and centering pillars of yoga. Expect every practice to have a small or significant mediation that will prepare the mind for what the body will experience and a breath practice that will empower the body to be present and resilient to the work ahead.

COACHING AT CREATE YOUR FATE RETREATS

Meg will gently lead you out of your comfort zone and into full self-discovery, uncovering layers of yourself you never knew were inside. Questions, introspection, meditation, and journal practices can all be expected during coaching sessions.

GROUP OR PARTNER SHARING

There is so much power in groups! Collective energy allows for an elevated approach to personal development. Powerful sharing (as much as you are comfortable with), partner exercises, and eye gazing can be expected in this co-created safe space.

CONSCIOUS HABITS

You gotta shake it up to wake it up! Expedite your mindset shift with fun and light-hearted daily habits and mantras by bringing consciousness into your transformation.

NLP TECHNIQUES

NLP (neurolinguistic programming) is a fancy word for mind tricks – meaning Meg uses different techniques to help you trick your own mind into focusing on the life you want in order to create it. Guided meditations, sensory activation, and intentional phrasing are all different examples of incorporating NLP to fast-track your mind into breaking down self-limiting beliefs that are holding you back.

IT'S TIME TO CREATE YOUR FATE

Fate is defined as a supernatural force just beyond one’s control…we believe that making a conscious choice to explore the deep layers of your soul and do something for yourself is simply a supernatural force that not everyone is willing to do. Only those who alleviate control and allow their lives to happen by taking a chance on themselves…only those brave enough to dive deep into discovering one’s self….only then, can fate be created.
